BEMS:

This workshop is designed to help individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves and how their physical, mental, and spiritual aspects impact their lives. It emphasizes the importance of nourishing and taking care of each of these elements. While some may overlook or dismiss the significance of one or more of these aspects, this workshop aims to reveal the truth and encourage participants to embrace their spiritual being. By delving into Biblical truths, attendees will learn valuable insights on how to nourish their bodies, minds, and spirits. This workshop serves as the initial step towards self-discovery and personal growth, providing individuals with the tools and knowledge to lead a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Stress Management

This workshop focuses on understanding stress, its benefits, and its drawbacks. It explores various strategies for managing stress using BEMS techniques. Prior completion of the Emotions and BEMS workshops is required to participate in this workshop. Additionally, we will discuss the 20 most stressful situations and how to deal with them effectively. The workshop aims to integrate physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual techniques to provide a holistic approach to stress management.
